Biography

Reem teaches negotiation, closing and client psychology at BRC, and is the author of the college's negotiation preparation framework.

Her background is in high-value residential and mixed-use transactions, where negotiations run for months across several parties and the relationship has to survive the deal. That experience shapes her core argument: negotiation is a preparation discipline, not a personality trait.

She is particularly interested in the boundary between influence and manipulation, and teaches an explicit ethical line that BRC graduates are expected to hold.
