Courses are designed to be worked through in order — the exercises in later modules depend on the work you did in earlier ones.

Do I need real estate experience to start?

Not for our Foundation-level courses. Real Estate Sales Fundamentals, Real Estate Investment Fundamentals and Property Presentation Mastery assume no prior experience. Practitioner, Advanced and Leadership courses assume you are already working in the industry and have live transactions or a team to apply the material to.

How long do I have to complete a course?

Courses are designed to be completed part-time alongside full-time work. Stated durations reflect the instructional and exercise time involved, not a fixed schedule. Specific access terms are confirmed at the point of enrolment.

Are the courses relevant outside my local market?

The method is. Sales process, negotiation preparation, qualification, investment appraisal and coaching practice transfer across markets. The regulatory and transactional specifics do not, and we are explicit in the material about which is which — you should always confirm local legal and licensing requirements with the relevant authority in your jurisdiction.

What is the difference between a course and a program?

A course develops one discipline. A program is a structured career track that sequences several courses in a deliberate order, with additional applied work and assessment between stages. Programs progress through Foundation, Practitioner, Advanced and — where relevant — Leadership stages.

Can I take program modules individually?

Yes. Every program is assembled from courses that can also be taken on their own. The program adds sequencing, applied assessment and the connective material between subjects.

Which program should I start with?

If you sell property, start with the Real Estate Sales Professional program. If you manage people who sell property, start with Real Estate Sales Leader. If you own or run a practice, start with the Broker Development Program. If you are unsure, contact us and describe your role — we will tell you honestly which track fits, including if the answer is none of them yet.

What is the BRC learning methodology?

Five stages: Learn, Practise, Apply, Measure, Advance. You take in the material, rehearse it in a low-stakes setting, apply it to a real transaction or team, measure the result against a defined standard, and then progress. Any stage that is skipped is where the learning fails to hold.

Is BRC certification a professional licence?

No. A BRC certificate records completion of a professional education program. It is not a licence to practise real estate. Licensing and registration are governed by the relevant authority in your jurisdiction, and you should confirm those requirements independently.

Any accreditation, affiliation or recognition BRC holds will be published on this site with the issuing body named. We do not claim recognition we do not hold. If accreditation is a requirement for your organisation, contact us and we will tell you precisely what our current position is.

What does a corporate engagement involve?

It begins with a diagnostic: we review your sales process, your inventory, your CRM data where available and — with your agreement — observe live client conversations. We then design a curriculum around your actual gaps rather than delivering a standard catalogue course to a room.

Can BRC build a sales academy for our organisation?

Yes. Sales academies, structured onboarding paths for new consultants, and manager development tracks are all within scope. These are designed around your process and standards so the training and the operating reality do not contradict each other.

How is a corporate program measured?

Against measures agreed before delivery — typically a combination of behavioural standards observed in practice and commercial indicators drawn from your own reporting. We agree the measurement approach during the diagnostic, not afterwards.
