These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Benaa Realestate College ("BRC", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This website is an informational and admissions presence. It does not currently provide accounts, enrolment, course delivery or payment processing. Where those services are introduced, they will be governed by separate terms presented to you at that time.

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but course content, curriculum structure, faculty allocation, scheduling and fees may change.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Enrolment on any course or program is confirmed only in writing by the BRC admissions team, and the details confirmed there prevail over anything published here.

Faculty profiles, module lists and durations describe the curriculum as it is currently designed. We may revise them as the curriculum develops.

BRC provides professional education. The material published on this site — including articles, course descriptions and learning outcomes — is general educational content.

It is not legal, regulatory, tax, financial or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction. Real estate practice is regulated differently in every market.

A BRC certificate records completion of a course or program of professional education. It is not a licence to practise real estate and does not confer any professional registration.

Any accreditation, affiliation or external recognition BRC holds will be published on this site with the issuing body named. We do not claim recognition we do not hold.

• Introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site

The BRC name, the BRC crest, the curriculum, course descriptions, articles, frameworks and the design of this website are owned by BRC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, resell or use the material to deliver training without our prior written permission.

Photography on this site is licensed from third parties and may not be extracted or reused.

Where we link to a website operated by someone else, we do so for information. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or for any loss arising from your use of them.
