Privacy Policy

How BRC handles personal information collected through this website and through enquiries made to the college.

01

Scope of this policy

This policy describes how Benaa Realestate College ("BRC", "we", "us") handles personal information in connection with this website and enquiries made to the college.

This website is currently an informational and admissions presence. It has no account system, no login, no student platform and no payment processing. Those systems are being built separately, and this policy will be updated before any of them is released.

02

Information we collect

We collect personal information in two circumstances.

First, when you choose to send it. If you contact us by email or telephone, or complete an enquiry form once that form is connected to our systems, we receive whatever you provide — typically your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, job title and the content of your message.

Second, information generated automatically by your browser when you request a page, which may include your IP address, device and browser type, the pages requested and the referring page. This is standard web-server information and is used for security and to keep the site working.

  • We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising
  • We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16
03

Enquiry forms on this site

The enquiry forms on this website are not yet connected to a backend. When you submit one, your input is validated in your own browser and then discarded. Nothing is transmitted to BRC, and nothing is stored.

Until the enquiry system is live, please contact us by email at the addresses published on the contact page. When the forms are connected, this section will be updated to describe exactly where submissions are sent and how long they are retained.

04

How we use information

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, to advise you about courses, programs and corporate training, and to administer any enrolment that follows.

We may also use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand which parts of the curriculum people are looking for, so that we can decide what to build next.

We will not send you marketing communications that you did not ask for. Where you do opt in, every message will include a way to stop receiving them.

05

Who we share information with

We share personal information only where it is necessary and lawful to do so:

  • With service providers who host this website or handle communications on our behalf, under contract and only for that purpose
  • With your employer, where they are commissioning and paying for your training and you are aware of that arrangement
  • Where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
06

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as is necessary to deal with the enquiry and any relationship that follows from it, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us.

Records connected to an enrolment or a commercial engagement are kept for as long as required for accounting, contractual and regulatory purposes.

07

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form.

To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.

08

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This site is served over HTTPS.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us sensitive personal information — identity documents, financial account details or payment card numbers — by email.

09

Third-party links

This website may link to sites operated by other organisations. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

10

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change — in particular before the enquiry system, the student platform or any payment processing goes live. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

Questions about this document should be sent through the contact page.
